Documentary photography is meant to convey a narrative. As a photographer with a background in both theatre and language studies I am interested in the stories and processes which cement our humanity. These range from architecture, art, religion, ingenuity, and the eenvironment. Currently I am working on a long-term project focused on ritual as a means of cultural preservation. 

Photoessays

Portraits are inarguably one of the most appreciated and recognizable forms of art. Individuals are seen as either themselves, who they'd like to be, or in an exquisite moment of transition.

On a more simple level, portraits are how we remember one another through time.
